Rudy brings professional playing experience and years of coaching at Germany’s highest youth and senior levels, including FC Union Berlin and SV Lichtenberg 47. As former Director of Youth Talent Development for the Berlin FA, he’s worked with top players under DFB standards and continues to coach, scout, and lead international projects.
Mirko Dieseler
UEFA B-Licensed Coach | Talent Scout | Co-Founder, JD17 GmbH
Mirko teaches our Beginner Coaching Course and brings a wealth of on-field experience to every session. As a UEFA B-Licensed coach and experienced talent scout, he has spent years developing players and spotting potential at every level of the game. His practical, player-focused approach helps new coaches build confidence and a strong foundation for their own coaching journeys.
Jacob Bongers
UEFA B Licensed Coach
Jakob is a goalkeeper coach at a German youth academy and has been working as a goalkeeper coach for all ages and skill levels for almost ten years.
He teaches German and American goalkeepers the principles of goalkeeping to ideally support their personal development.
Schimon Dieseler
UEFA C-Licensed Coach | Former Semi-Professional Player
Schimon brings 25 years of soccer experience to his coaching, including time as a semi-professional player in both Spain and the U.S. His passion for the game shines through in every session, where he blends technical knowledge with a player-first approach. As a UEFA C-Licensed coach, Schimon focuses on helping players build confidence, sharpen their skills, and develop a deeper understanding of the game.

Professional Goalkeeper | Goalkeeper Coach
Leon is a German professional goalkeeper with experience at clubs including Eintracht Frankfurt and BFC Dynamo. Now pursuing his UEFA C and B licenses, he brings the discipline and insight of an active player to coaching, helping young goalkeepers build confidence and master their craft.
